Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
If you want to return a Limited Jewels product please get in touch with us. You have
14 calendar days from the date you receive it to return an item for refund or
exchange (subject to stock availability). To be eligible for a return, your item must be
unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the
original packaging.
The shipping costs for the return must be borne by you.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received
your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your method of payment.
